Sr Compensation Consultant

Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Position Location: This position is remote .

Remote Candidates must have residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington State, West Virginia, Wyoming

Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor Level Degree
  • 5 years Human Resources with Management experience

Residents of Washington State: $43.71- $63.57 per hour

Support the VP, Total Rewards in the design, budgeting, implementation, and reporting of compensation practices and policies of Sentara Healthcare. The role requires the ability to manage a number of tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines with good organizational and interpersonal abilities. CCP Preferred. Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised; Five years or more of compensation practitioner experience required. Experience in a healthcare operations setting preferred. Basic experience of leading compensation projects or reviewing the work of others (4 to 6 months) required. Prior experience using Workday preferred.

Implements and executes salary program and policies involving research, analyses, development of modifications to compensation programs to meet organization objectives and needs. Support the Support the VP, Total Rewards and Compensation leadership in the design, budgeting, implementation, and reporting of compensation practices and policies of Sentara Healthcare. The role requires the ability to manage a number of tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision at a senior individual contributor level while meeting deadlines with good organizational and interpersonal abilities.
